THE RESORT AT SCHLITTERBAHN, New Braunfels – Your ideal downtown stay

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms we were assigned, with a full kitchen, were nice and clean, but not very fancy. The service was welcoming and friendly, but there were some issues with communication and room allocation. The location, overlooking exciting slides and with close proximity to the park, was a highlight. However, the dining options were lacking and the facility was not the best.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and had comfortable queen beds. The service was outstanding, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location was perfect, close to attractions like Gruene and Landa Park. However, the dining options were not impressive, and the facilities could use some improvement.

Staying in one of their high-end condos by the river near the waterpark was an ideal experience for our group of 5-6 people. The room had beautiful finishes, comfy beds, multiple TVs, an efficient air conditioning system, and even a convenient stacked washer/dryer. While the standard room with 2 beds was comfortable, it lacked the same luxurious feel and proximity to the waterpark.

This hotel was a great value for the money, although the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. The service was mostly helpful and accommodating, but there were some issues with cleanliness. The location was ideal for enjoying Schlitterbahn and conveniently located by the river. The dining options were limited, but the locally caught fish was a highlight.
